Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding Photographer

During my first wedding at Marylebone Town Hall as a wedding photographer I remember thinking oh wow! The staff were SO friendly and helpful and I LOVED the different areas where couples can have their wedding photography. I’ve included a selection below of some of the different rooms, the staircase outside and some photoshoot opportunities to think about in the nearby area. Oh and both posed and non-posed images to give you an idea, and hopefully some inspiration!.

The Old Marylebone Town Hall (also known as Marylebone Registry Office) was built on Marylebone road in London from 1914 to 1920, and is a grade II listed building. Its grand entrance, with its sweeping staircase, is decorated with columns inspired by classic Roman and Greek architecture. Which can make for some awesome wedding photography.

Amelia and Alex, the first couple in the images below, chose the Westminster Ceremony Room to have their wedding. It is the largest of the 7 register rooms and can comfortably fit 100 guests. It is ornately decorated with wooden wall panels and ceiling decorations. The natural light entering from the front facing windows beautifully lights up the couple as you can see from these photos..

Walking out of Marylebone Register Office you’ll find my favourite little nook as a wedding photographer - out of the way and an intimate spot with gorgeous natural light!

Wedding Photography behind Marylebone Town Hall

Directly behind Marylebone Town Hall, just one minute walk away, there exists the cutest little street lined with mews houses , cobbled streets and plants. Great for some post-wedding photography!

Regents Park Photoshoot

One of the great things about choosing Marylebone Town Hall as your register office is that you can have your couples’ photoshoot minutes away at Regents Park, if you were looking for additional wedding photography that reflects nature too..

Meg and Tim's Tower Of London Wedding Photography

As a retired Royal Fusilier, Tim was able and priviledged enough to tie the knot to his beloved Meg, in the Tower of London Chapel, and make the most of the historical setting with some wonderful wedding photography.

Anna and Daz Wedding Photography | Walthamstow Town Hall | Leytonstone Tavern

Walthamstow Town Hall or Waltham Forest Town Hall as it is now known is a Grade II listed municipal builing in Walthamstow, East London. Anna and Daz hail from the area so chose the venue for their wedding and made the most of the external architecture for their wedding photography. Obviously they also wanted a natural wedding photographer to take candid pics too - so was very happy to help!

The front of Waltham Forest Town Hall is a great place for your wedding photography before or after the ceremony..

The day ran smoothly not least because we had popular and up-and-coming wedding planner Hannah The Planner on board to take care of everything. And my fave part were the beautiful decor she rustled up for the party!! Check out the table designs!

The Leytonstone Tavern

The Leytonstone Tavern is an independent pub situated on Harrow Road in Leytonstone. A popular community-focused pub with an impressive menu, it is a perfect choice for intimate weddings and other events.

The Lordship Pub

I’ve shot at Lordship Lane’s The Lordship Pub a couple of times this summer and it is fast becoming one of my favourite wedding venues! The pub so refelects my personality as a wedding photographer.

Situated on vibrant Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, The Lordship Pub is a charming blend of old-school London pub with a few contemporary touches. Unlike traditional wedding venues, a pub wedding at The Lordship offers a more unique and memorable space. The relaxed vibe, coupled with the stylish setting, makes it a standout choice for those couples wishing to break from the norm AND have fab wedding photography. Win win!

The Ceremony Space

The Lordship Pub boasts its very own ceremony space too - a rustic barn at the back of the pub. Small and atmospheric it can only be lit by candlelight. As a wedding photographer I love getting the chance to shoot in these wonderfully unique spaces..

Overall having a Lordship Pub wedding allows you to combine ceremony and reception in a charming south London neigbourhood. Hosting your wedding here allows you and your guests to emabrace the character of the area and support your friendly local pub. Get in touch about YOUR wedding photography today..

Suzanna and Hussan's Wedding Photography | The Ritzy Cinema | Brixton

Brixton’s Ritzy Cinema: A Unique Wedding Photoshoot Location

The Ritzy Picturehouse, or Ritzy Cinema as it is know to locals, is a Grade II listed building and an iconic setting for your Brixton wedding photography/wedding photoshoot. If you step insides you can see the blend of old world charm and modern design. It hosts many community events and as such has held a place of cultural significance in Brixton for many years. I don’t think your Brixton wedding photography would be complete without it!!

Following their wedding at Lambeth Town Hall, newly-married Suzanna and Hussan asked Brixton Wedding Photographer Christine Constantine to grab some snaps outside the Rizty Picturehouse in Brixton.

The couple had met for their first ever date outside the Ritzy several years earlier, and so it was only apt to have some of their Brixton wedding photography outside. The Ritzy Picturehouse proved its ever endearing popularity by paying tribute to the newly-weds by putting a special message on their board.. Check out some of my favourite wedding images here..

Marrying in Brixton?

Whether you hire the whole cinema for your wedding or just opt for your wedding photography outside, The Ritzy Cinema is an amazing choice for those couples wishing to capture the essence of Brixton in their wedding photography.

As a Brixton wedding photographer I have shot at Lambeth Town Hall many times. Check out more of my wedding photography here..
